AIRR Community Biological Resources Working Group Live Webinar and Symposium
Takara Bio is excited to be hosting a live webinar with Dr. Mariotti-Ferrandiz on Dec 3 at 8 am PST (5 pm CEST) about her latest publication on benchmarking different TCR-seq methods, previously never done before.
The TCR repertoire is an increasingly important research topic to understand immune system-mediated diseases and to develop immunotherapeutic strategies. Despite hundreds of TCR-seq studies having been performed, there has been no systematic study comparing the most popular methods until the recent publication by Dr. Encarnita Mariotti-Ferrandiz and her group in Nature Biotechnology. Hear more about this important work during Takara Bio’s live webinar with Dr. Mariotti-Ferrandiz on Dec 3 at 8 am PST (5pm CEST).
Webinar outline:
- Understand key characteristics and selection criteria for immune-profiling techniques like RACE and multiplex PCR
- Systematically compare the advantages and drawbacks of nine commercial and academic TCR-seq methods
- Discuss exciting next steps for the T-cell receptor field
