The Governance Committee is an advisory, standing committee, reporting to the Board of Directors.
In the performance of its role, the Governance Committee of the Board is expected to:
- Ensure good governance practices including proposing and annually reviewing policies and procedures consistent with the Society’s objectives for Board review and approval
