Felix Breden is professor emeritus at Simon Fraser University. He was Chair of the AIRR Community Executive Sub-committee since 2015 when he helped found the Community with Jamie Scott. Felix is active in the Common Repository Working Group, the newly formed Diagnostics Working Group and is a member of the AIRR-C Executive Sub-committee. He continues to serve as the Scientific Manager of iReceptor Plus, a four-year European-Canadian collaborative project that unites 19 partners from Europe, Canada, and the United States. The iReceptor Plus mission is to develop means to store, share, and analyze Adaptive Immune Receptor Repertoire sequencing data, providing a data commons for the AIRR Community.
